Always sweet when they’re clearly understaffed and overworked. Assume any bad review is by some 30-50 something thinking the fact that minimum wage overworked employees are able to make honest mistakes and that they only have two hands is temper-tantrum worthy. Don’t let the bitter customers get at you, keep up the great work and know you’re very much appreciated.
Taco bell is taco Bell except now it's almost double the price than 2-3 years ago. No longer a cheap guilty pleasure. If you go inside, they no longer take your order for you. There's a kiosk to do it all yourself. Kind of like self check out at the grocery store. I actually like it because i know what i want and can navigate it quickly. But you may have to painfully wait behind some folks that don't know how to use the technology very well so if you're in a hurry, hit the drive thru and eat in your car if you have to.
Shame on Taco Bell as a business to launch a return product, Mexican Pizza and then make vinyl signs to say they are out of stock. Come on. How much $ was wasted on signs. Ensure delivery of the product before launch.

Shame on this location on the lack of customer support to order at a kiosk. I seen 2 potential customers leave because the guy behind the counter rude saying we don't take orders, you have to put your order in. An elderly couple left because they had cash only and no way to pay. Afterwards a lady came and took cash from a different customer that had cash only.

Businesses have been/are being destroyed by Covid and today's horrible workforce. If your working, do your best. Don't be rude. Supply the product you offer or take it off the menu. I guess the corn product supplier can't make flat corn products. They have to fold them into hard Taco shells. Taco Bell used to be a solid go to for fast food. Now it's go and find out what they don't have.
